A sporty endeavor

I played table tennis yesterday after almost 4 years! That too a tournament!!

Never mind that we lost (doubles) but it was so cool to actually play something again. Seriously... I've never really played any sport my whole life - sport, not game since that includes things like Pictionary or jigsaw puzzles that nobody can beat me at :)

The only problem is I play with my left hand (or lottai) which becomes very difficult in a doubles match - you have to serve from the right side of the table, which means serving backhand, which eventually means that my serve goes at a speed of 1 kmph :(

But whatever... I still did go out and play and that's a huge achievement!! I'm going to go buy a bat n ball and keep playing once in a while... after all, you can play any game, sorry sport, well if you keep practising.. that's all there is to it!!

Remembering this place!

No reason... not one...

For the record, I am sitting at home watching Charlie's Angels on HBO and it couldn't get more couchy potato than doing this for the past 4 days :)

So I was talking to a friend of mine couple of days back and he mentioned that he stopped by this place.. so... I thought I'd stop by and say hello too :)
